Modern Warfare, Including Warzone – A Store Bundle Refresh Featuring Mace!

A week after the massive Season Three update, Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® is getting another shipment of new bundles in the Store.

Whether it’s a fresh and frightening new Operator skin for Mace or weapon blueprints fit for a fight, here’s what’s live now in the Store for this week:

Mace: Guns Blazing

Mace is back, and he packs a punch to add to your loadouts.

‘Mace: Guns Blazing’ bundle features the ‘Undertaker’ skin, a new set of threads that makes this vicious operator look even more menacing. Also included is a new voice clip and Finishing Move for Mace, a watch, weapon charm, calling card, emblem, and three new weapons: the Epic “Coffin Nail” Combat Knife, the Legendary “Garrote” blueprint, and the Legendary “Drawn and Quartered” blueprint.

A Brief Breakdown on Mace’s Arsenal

The Drawn and Quartered blueprint for Assault Rifle Juliet for superior accuracy at range with multiple attachments that boost the weapon’s aiming stability and recoil control. Specifically, the Compensator helps you wrangle in the weapon’s vertical recoil, and the FSS Blackjack is great for reducing idle sway.

The included XRK CZEN Mk2 boosts your effective range slightly, making this weapon deal its max damage at nearly another dozen meters out. Topping this blueprint off is an extended magazine, which will give you enough bullets per mag to deal with a whole squad… or maybe two.

In general, this blueprint is a great weapon for mid-range engagements across Warzone and Multiplayer. Just remember: that Tac Laser is visible to enemies, so aim down sight only when it’s necessary!

Like Drawn and Quartered, the Garrote takes Submachine Gun Golf and configures it with attachments that make it easier to handle at the slight cost of mobility. You’ll have less trouble keeping that aim steady and that recoil under control with the FTAC Precision Field Stock, 300 mm Poly Barrel, and Tactical Foregrip.

Throw those three attachments together with a sleek 45 Round Mag and a picture-perfect Viper Reflex sight, and you have a weapon that can deal sustained damage even at a dozen meters out. That’s great for Warzone matches where you need a reliable option in close-quarters, but also out in open fields in a pinch.

Those who purchased the Season two Battle Pass and completed it may want to combine the Drawn and Quartered blueprint with the Shadowsight for a weapon that is a balance between accuracy and speed, or the Undertaker with the Garotte for an SMG that is an all-around lethal weapon.

While You’re in the Store…

… why not pick up some of the other awesome bundles that were released today?

The Plunder Pack offers a boatload of new Vehicle Skins so you can show off all over the Warzone, Multiplayer, or Co-Op. Get the full lowdown on this new bundle here.

In the blueprints section, you can find the all new Avant-Garde bundle, fit for the artist or the art aficionado out there.

The shotgun and SMG included in this bundle are splattered with lime green paint. It is truly a bold and brash paint job that’ll accent the true masterpiece that any disaster artist in training wants to make out in combat.

And, if you haven’t picked them up already, check out some of the other bundles that are rotating in the store right now from previous weeks.

We’ll see you online. Stay frosty.

Nikto Returns to the Store in a Legendary New Bundle

Origins of an Operator

First seen at the Crash site in Season One, Nikto is an Allegiance Operator with a checkered past. He’s had dealings with Mr. Z, the one and only Victor Zakhaev, an Al-Qatala benefactor and a major player in the continuing narrative of Modern Warfare.

As part of the Allegiance Operators in Spetsnaz, Nikto has been part of the problem of in-fighting between the fireteams comprising the joint operations force known as Armistice. While Nikto’s personal motives are unknown, his role as a former FSB deep cover agent and tragic past with Mr. Z suggest he could be a worthwhile ally if he was allowed the possibility of revenge against his former torturer.

His new bundle is a somewhat battle-hardened edition version of Nikto. He’s experienced first-hand the division in the Armistice and now he’s ready to face any Operator that may turn on him. Get more intel on the story of Modern Warfare and the current state of the Armistice here.

Blueprints for Battle

Nikto’s bundle is packed with ten items including his ‘Bloodletter’ skin, the ‘Entomb’ vehicle skin, the ‘Blood Simple’ watch, a hyena Finishing move so you have the last laugh in battle, and more. The bundle also features two Legendary blueprints: Slaughterhouse and Crimson Pools.

An LMG with red tracer rounds, the Slaughterhouse is excellent in laying down suppressive fire and controlling lanes in Multiplayer and melting away foes in Warzone. It’s 200-round ammunition belt will keep you stocked to handle multiple engagements in Multiplayer or an entire squad in Warzone. Its light stock helps you to be more mobile, so you can get to an area and mount, for maximum recoil control when firing.

Also, with red tracer rounds, devastate foes in closer proximity with the Crimson Pools blueprint. With high accuracy and solid range for a shotgun, the Crimson Pools is ideal for tight knit Multiplayers maps and clearing interior spaces in Warzone. Note that as part of the Shotgun Charlie Family, the Crimson Pool has a two-round capacity. Use it as a backup to the Slaughterhouse for quick and close takedowns or bring along a Throwing Knife for one hit kills when your ammo runs out.

Add Nikto’s ‘Bloodletter’ skin to your Allegiance Operators and dominate the fight with the Slaughterhouse and Crimson Pools Legendary bundle when you pick up the ‘Take No Prisoners’ bundle.

See you online.

Roze Blooms in the Store with her Featured Bundle

Origins of an Operator

Prominently featured in Season Four, especially within Season Four Reloaded, Roze joins the Allegiance side of what remains of the Armistice alliance to defeat the ongoing threat in Verdansk and beyond.

Rozlin Helms, AKA Roze, is an American citizen who was raised up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Up in the cold and harsh conditions of the region’s wilderness, she honed her skills as a hunter and tracker.

Her natural born abilities gave her the tools she needed to become an Army Ranger, gaining proficiency in small-unit tactics and close combat engagements during her deployments. Following her discharge from the military – the details of which are classified outside of all ties being severed between her and the Rangers – she joined the Jackals, an Allegiance faction founded by Zane to protect the African continent.

She has recently joined the Jackals, for reasons unknown, however, this faction already had an ex-Ranger – Mace – within their ranks long before her arrival.

WarzoneTM 2.0 Season 01, plus Bundle Highlights

The new Battle Pass is a bit easier to understand once you walk through your first Sector. Whether you decide to stick to the free version or upgrade to get access to all content, everyone will start the Season 01 Battle Pass at Sector A1. Click on any Sector, and you’ll see there are up to five different items to unlock.

On the Battle Pass Area of Operations (AO), or the onscreen map, you will see “The Orbiter” Weapon Blueprint over Sector A1 — this is called the High Value Target (HVT). Think of it as the main item of interest within a Sector. You will also see the HVTs of all other Sectors shown across the Battle Pass screen. Now for a closer inspection: Select Sector A1, and you will see four other items underneath the HVT: the “Aerial Entrance” Calling Card, a Double Weapon XP Token, the “Aerial Entrance” Emblem, and the “Paying Rent” Weapon Charm.

All these items require a Battle Token Tier Skip to unlock. Battle Token Tier Skips are earned simply by playing the game, like Tiers in the old system. “Tier Skips” from the Vault Edition of Modern Warfare II will be converted into an equivalent number of Battle Token Tier Skips (50 Tier Skips, 50 Battle Token Tier Skips).

Earn a maximum of 100 Battle Token Tier Skips within a Season, which will be automatically spent at the end of the season if you don’t designate Sector items you wish to unlock. If you have more Vault Edition Battle Token Tier Skips than rewards remaining in the Battle Pass, any surplus will carry over to the following season.

Using a Battle Token Tier Skip “unlocks” an item for access. Items tagged with “Free” are available for all players. Get the full Battle Pass to get every item available.

In each Sector, the four items need to be unlocked with Battle Token Tier Skips before the HVT is available to unlock with another Battle Token Tier Skip. In the case of Sector A1, four Battle Token Tier Skips are needed to unlock the “Aerial Entrance” Calling Card, a Double Weapon XP Token, the “Aerial Entrance” Emblem, and the “Paying Rent” Weapon Charm, so that you can then use a fifth Battle Token Tier Skip to get “The Orbiter” Weapon Blueprint.

After getting the HVT item, the Sector is complete and you are free to advance to any adjacent Sector. In our example, once you get “The Orbiter,” you can move on to Sectors A2 and A3.

So, to recap, five Battle Token Tier Skips are needed to unlock everything in a Sector and to move on to another Sector. And 100 Battle Token Tier Skips are required to complete the Battle Pass.
